Delivery Information
MYDESIGNGIFT DELIVERY SERVICES
At MYDESIGNGIFT,
we focus on product quality and excellent service. Thanks to our production
facility, we can dispatch many of our items within 24 hours of receiving the
order. That is because all of our staff and production are in the same
building, ensuring each product is printed and manufactured to the company's
established high standards. Production times vary according to each specific
product, details of which are available on each product page and be aware that
delivery time is not the production time. In rare cases, when we need to
re-print an item, this may take an additional 1-2 days. We can allow separate
delivery and billing addresses for all orders.
Delivery time
details are outlined below (note: these are not the same as production times) MYDESIGNGIFT does not continue production or dispatch
work over the weekend except at Christmas and other busy events.
EU DELIVERY
MYDESIGNGIFT uses the
Bulgarian Post standard service for most orders under 2kg. This is our standard service and
is the default delivery option listed in the shopping cart. Bulgarian Post
delivers 80% of our orders within 7 (seven) working days. Non-EU deliveries can
take up to 10 working days, in rare cases 20 days. If the parcel is not
received within 20 days, please contact Customer Care.
After we dispatch
parcels, unfortunately, no delivery address change can be made.
If your item is over
2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), we use DHL couriers.
EU non-mainland delivery
is available for Bulgarian Post, except in the case of large or bulky items
that need a service other than Bulgarian Post standard recorded. If large or
bulky pack to non-EU mainland destination, customers may we required to pay the
surcharge for the delivery excess charged by the carrier. We will contact you
to inform the costs.
CUSTOMS TAX / DUTY
If your MyDesignGift
order is to be delivered outside of the EU, you may incur additional charges
beyond our control. This could be non-reclaimable customs tax as well as
administration fees. For non-EU country, we'd advise checking their specific
customs on import duty.
